Enhance Impact · Our pro bono program

Doing good deserves a great website.

Every round, we design and build professional websites for NGOs, charities, and community initiatives — completely free. If your work creates impact but professional services are out of reach, this program exists for you. 5 organizations will be selected this year, on a rolling basis.

Why we do this

Great causes lose reach to bad websites

Donors research you online before they give. Volunteers look you up before they show up. When an organization doing life-changing work has a website that undersells it, everyone loses. We can fix that — so once a round, we do, for free.

A full professional website

Strategy, design, development, and launch — the same process and quality our paying clients get, at no cost.

Hosting & launch setup

We set up fast, modern hosting, connect your domain, and make sure everything is secure and live.

SEO & analytics foundations

Search-friendly structure and simple analytics, so people can find you and you can see your reach grow.

Training & 3 months of support

A handover session so your team can update content confidently — plus three months of support after launch.

Who can apply

This program is for you if…

  • You're a registered NGO, charity, nonprofit, or community initiative
  • You're already creating impact — we amplify work that exists, we don't start it
  • You know what you need the website to do — reach donors, recruit volunteers, tell your story
  • Professional services are genuinely out of your budget
  • You can commit one contact person to work with us during the build

A note on seriousness. 5spots, real work. The strongest applications come from organizations already making impact who know exactly what a website will unlock for them. If you want a website but aren't sure what it would do for your mission yet, this round isn't for you.

Not sure you qualify? Apply anyway. Impact matters more to us than paperwork, and we read every single application.

How it works

From application to launch

  1. 01

    Apply

Fill in the short application below before September 30, 2026. It takes about ten minutes — and because we review on a rolling basis, the earlier you apply, the better.

  2. 02

    Rolling review

We review applications as they arrive — no waiting until the deadline. Strong applications hear from us quickly, and every applicant hears back either way.

  3. 03

    Selection call

Shortlisted organizations get a short call so we can understand your work and confirm we're a fit. 5 organizations will be selected this year.

  4. 04

    We build, together

Selected organizations receive our terms & conditions, then we design and build your website with you, launch it, and train your team to run it.

Apply

Tell us about your organization

Applications close September 30, 2026 and are reviewed on a rolling basis — once the 5 spots fill, the round is full. The form takes about ten minutes: no pitch decks, no jargon, just honest answers.

What do you already have?

Tick everything that applies — it's fine if it's nothing yet, this just helps us plan.

Free of charge. 5spots this year, reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected organizations receive our terms & conditions before kickoff.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. Design, development, launch, training, and three months of support cost you nothing. The only thing you cover is third-party costs you'd own anyway — like your domain name (usually under $20/year).

How many organizations are selected?

5 this year. We'd rather do 5 projects exceptionally well than fifty poorly. Every applicant hears back from us either way.

When will we hear back?

We review applications on a rolling basis, so you won't be waiting until after the deadline — most applicants hear from us within a few weeks. Applying early genuinely helps: once the 5 spots are filled, the round is full.

What kind of organizations qualify?

NGOs, registered charities, nonprofits, and grassroots community initiatives that are already doing the work. Impact matters more than paperwork — but the impact has to already exist. This program amplifies working organizations; it doesn't launch ideas.

Are there terms and conditions?

Yes. Selected organizations receive a short terms & conditions document before the project kicks off — it covers how we work together during the build and after launch. You'll see everything in writing before committing to anything.

What if we miss the deadline?

Applications for this round close on September 30, 2026. If you miss it, apply anyway — we keep every application on file for the next round.

We can pay a little — should we still apply?

This program is reserved for organizations that genuinely can't afford professional services. If you have some budget, get in touch through our contact page — we offer reduced rates for nonprofits.
