What we do not do
To maintain efficiency and stay within our expertise, we are strictly bound by the following scope limitations. We believe in being upfront to build trust.
- No consumer electronics resale.We do not source common consumer laptops, phones, or off-the-shelf tablets. Your institution can get those faster.
- No restricted hardware.We absolutely do not source firearms, ammunition, or hardware subject to intense military regulation.
- No items requiring export licenses (without docs).If an item requires specific end-user documentation or export licenses, you must provide the necessary institutional backing. We handle the logistics, but the legal standing rests with your lab.
